Summary

I am a mid-career professional geologist with more than 5 years of practical experience and another 4 years of research and teaching experience in the diverse field of geology and mining. I have three masters in geology with three different concentrations – hydrogeology, geochemistry and clay mineralogy.  For the last 6 years I have worked on numerous different geological projects in the US and other parts of the world. I work in the special services division of our company that deals with complex hydrological and geochemical problems related to mining and post mining situations. I have also worked on numerous coal resource and reserve evaluation projects for most of the major coal companies including Alpha, Massey, Natural Resource Partners and Cliffs. I enjoy challenging geological work with opportunity to explore various fields of geology.
