Saibal and Rupa-Perfect Couple

When I last met Saibal, it was in 2002 in Atlanta. He was bachelor. Now after so many years I met him again in Columbus Ohio. He is now married! Big change.

I could not stay with they them for very long but I am glad that I met him. We went to the most famous Indian restaurant in Columbus. Saibal enjoyed the “pora pakhir mangsho” (read fried chicken) with Lamb Biriyani (read lamb friend rice). Rupa loved the shrimp and some chicken curry. They have Nepali cook who use too much of tomatoes. I had the worst Chicken Vindaloo in my whole life. I did not know that someone could make such a chicken curry even in my dreams.

Well next time Saibal promised to treat me at RUPA’s hotel. I just don’t know when that hungry time would come again!
